How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery in the US usually takes 3 to 9 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every US order.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 9 business days in the US, 5 to 9 business days in Canada and 7 to 14 business days in the rest of the world. See our shipping policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or enter your order number on our Track your order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@furaqua.com with your order number and we'll update or cancel it. After 24 hours your order may already be on its way.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll make it right. Email support@furaqua.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Yes. Every Furaqua product is made for both dogs and cats and is gentle enough for regular use. If your pet has a medical condition or takes medication, check with your vet first.

When will I be charged?
Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, each delivery is charged when it ships, on the schedule you picked.
Can I skip a delivery or change my schedule?
Yes. Log in to Manage subscription to skip a delivery, change your next date or update your address. You can also email support@furaqua.com and we'll do it for you.
Can I buy without subscribing?
Yes. Every product can be bought as a one-time purchase. Subscribing simply gets you the lowest price and free automatic refills.

What is your 120-day money-back guarantee?
Every Furaqua product is covered. If you're not happy within 120 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you in full and you keep the product. See our refund policy.
